Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Variable days of the week
- At least (2) 24-hour call shifts in an 8-week period
- Minimum every other weekend
- At least 2 major and 2 minor holidays
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (single state or compact)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) on hire
- PALS required within 180 days of hire
- ACLS certification (or equivalent) within 180 days
- TNCC or ATCN certification (or equivalent) within 18 months
- Strong English language, technology, and basic computer skills
- Interpersonal and collaborative abilities with top-notch customer service orientation
- Ability to thrive under pressure, respond decisively in emergencies, and manage time efficiently
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience welcomed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based care to emergency patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond effectively to urgent and emergent situations
- Maintain accurate documentation and leverage clinical technology
- Exhibit professionalism and strong critical-thinking under pressure
