Deliver exceptional emergency care as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a direct impact, working alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy emergency department.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Georgia required
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in an Emergency Department (ER) setting
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in triage, assessment, and emergency interventions
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and a commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
• Ability to function effectively in fast-paced, high-stress situations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care according to the Professional Practice Model and hospital policies
• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement care interventions for patients with diverse and urgent needs
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure highest-quality outcomes
• Advocate for patients and families, maintaining safety and dignity throughout the care process
• Document all patient care accurately and promptly in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Uphold the Code of Ethics for Nurses and comply with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Participate in shared governance and unit-based quality initiatives to support continuous improvement and excellence
