Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent ER experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience supervising or mentoring staff a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate high-quality nursing care to ER patients and assigned patient groups
- Apply the nursing process based on established standards of care
- Supervise and direct nursing staff activities
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care
- Exercise independent judgment and clinical discretion in all aspects of patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
