Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-focused ER nursing care utilizing established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing personnel
- Coordinate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Apply critical thinking, independent judgment, and professional discretion in fast-paced situations
- Effectively manage multiple patients while prioritizing urgent needs
- Foster a supportive, collaborative work culture by mentoring and guiding team members
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent ER experience (preferred)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a travel healthcare setting
