Schedule & Hours
- Day Shift: 0700 1930 (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs per shift)
- Night Shift: 1900 0730 (5 RNs, 3 ED Techs per shift)
- 24/7 weekend coverage required
- No call required
Key Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year recent ER experience (travel experience preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (other certifications may be required)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Cerner FirstNet EMR preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needs
- Perform thorough assessments, triage, and implement effective interventions
- Collaborate with ED Techs and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records using EMR systems
- Adhere to unit protocols and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment
