Schedule/Hours:
- 0700-1930 or 1900-0730 (12-hour shifts)
- 24/7 weekend coverage required
- No call requirement
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with emergency nursing experience
- Proficiency with Cerner FirstNet EMR preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care in a 108-bed hospitals emergency department
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (5 RNs and 3 ED Techs per shift)
- Conduct triage, assessments, interventions, and continuous monitoring
- Respond to emergent situations efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best clinical practices
