This is a full-time night shift role, offering the perfect balance of professional challenge and personal exploration. Youll coordinate and implement individualized care for each patient, practicing within the highest standards of nursing ethics. Exposure to new protocols and cultural considerations prepares you to handle complex cases and expands your professional network and resume.

Key Qualifications:
- Current & active Colorado RN license or Compact license (required)
- BLS certification (or within 90 days of hire)
- ACLS certification (or within 6 months)
- PALS or ENPC (within 1 year)
- TNCC (within 1 year)
- STABLE (within 1 year)
- NRP (within 1 year)
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of hospital nursing experience (preferred)
- 1 year of ED or critical care experience (preferred)
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and pre-employment health assessment
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team for effective patient transfer, referral, discharge, and psychosocial support
- Educate patients and families tailored to individual needs
- Delegate appropriately and mentor new staff or students
- Comply with all standards, safety, and infection control procedures
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical and regulatory standards
