This travel nursing assignment offers the perfect balance between professional advancement and meaningful adventure. Schedule/Hours:
- 1745-0615 (overnights)
- Every Third Weekend / Every Other Holiday
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, with eligibility for Iowa
- Previous experience in Emergency Room nursing required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Critical thinking, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to float to Med-Surg as necessary
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality care to patients in the Emergency Room with professionalism and compassion
- Accurately assess, triage, and implement emergency interventions
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments and treatment plans efficiently according to hospital policy
- Maintain composure and effective communication in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Provide patient and family education as part of ongoing care
