Schedule:
- Night shift: 3PM to 3AM
- Variable days, including weekends (minimum every other weekend)
- On-call: (2) 24-hour periods within every 8 weeks
- Holidays: at least 2 major and 2 minor holidays
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) must obtain within 180 days if not current
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) obtain within 18 months if not current
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) obtain within 180 days if not current
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience required
- Proficiency in English, technology, and basic computer skills
- Strong collaborative, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to perform decisively and respectfully in high-pressure situations
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
