Schedule & Hours:
- Night shift: 3 PM 3 AM
- Variable days of the week
- (2) 24-hour call shifts during each 8-week period
- Weekends: Minimum every other weekend
- Holidays: Minimum 2 major, 2 minor
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license (Single State GA or Multi-State Compact)
- BLS (AHA or ARC), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (with some allowed provisional period)
- Less than 1 year direct patient care experience preferred
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to function effectively in high-pressure situations, demonstrating sound judgment and composure
- Strong technological, time management, and critical-thinking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based emergency nursing care, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes
- Rapidly assess and respond to urgent/emergent situations
- Document, chart, and communicate patient updates effectively
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
