Provide critical care within the fast-paced Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse, delivering individualized, high-quality patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. This role emphasizes proactive nursing practice, guided by evidence-based standards and professional nursing models to ensure patient safety and service excellence in an engaging clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for Emergency Department patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Uphold patient advocacy and ensure adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
• Participate actively in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
• Experience in Emergency Department nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards and Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act.
• Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
