Deliver critical care in a fast-paced emergency setting as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) in Greenville, CA. This contract role offers the opportunity to work alongside skilled Emergency Physicians and healthcare professionals in an environment focused on providing timely and effective treatment to patients in urgent need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Emergency Department team to administer appropriate nursing care during patient intake and treatment.
- Maintain workflow and patient order during peak surges by effectively managing multiple demands with integrity and persistence.
- Prioritize nursing duties based on the urgency and severity of cases, ensuring prompt and quality outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
- Support other hospital nursing units during low census periods, contributing to overall facility operations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an emergency department setting.
- Current certifications in CPR, ACLS, and PALS.
Schedule:
- Commitment of 36-48 hours per week, providing flexibility within the contracted timeframe.
