Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current New Mexico RN license or valid compact state license
- Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and TNCC or ATCN certifications from AHA (CPI or Equivalent Preferred)
- Effective communication tailored to patient developmental age
- Skilled in crisis management, patient assessment, and team collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate care for Emergency Department patients
- Operate in accordance with established unit protocols, mission, and philosophy
- Ensure patient safety, dignity, and rights throughout the care continuum
- Engage positively with staff, patients, and families
- Maintain adaptability in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment
