Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment; schedule details will be tailored to meet department needs

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Emergency Room experience
  • Proficiency in the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
  • NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certification required
  • Moderate Sedation Training required
  • Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordinated nursing care for patients of all ages in an acute care ER setting
  • Supervise and mentor assigned nursing staff
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary care among healthcare teams
  • Conduct rapid triage, manage trauma interventions, and deliver patient-centered care
