Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; schedule details will be tailored to meet department needs
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Emergency Room experience
- Proficiency in the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certification required
- Moderate Sedation Training required
- Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated nursing care for patients of all ages in an acute care ER setting
- Supervise and mentor assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care among healthcare teams
- Conduct rapid triage, manage trauma interventions, and deliver patient-centered care
