Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated, patient-centered nursing care in an Emergency Room environment.
• Supervise, support, and provide direction to nursing staff within assigned units.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold all institutional standards of care.
• Adhere to timekeeping protocols specific to float pool assignments.

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of one year Emergency Room experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a float pool or similar flexible assignment is an advantage.
