This travel opportunity is designed for skilled ER nurses eager to deliver exceptional, coordinated patient care, drawing on critical thinking as well as independent judgment. Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of one years recent experience in an ER setting
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care to individuals and groups, adhering to quality standards
- Supervise assigned nursing staffsupporting, mentoring, and providing direction as needed
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals from other disciplines
- Utilize independent judgment to make quick, accurate decisions
- Float as needed, documenting and clocking in per department guidelines
