This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care to trauma and emergency patients across all age groups while leading and supervising nursing staff to uphold established standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients using critical thinking and professional judgment
- Supervise, direct, and support nursing staff at various levels to ensure efficient departmental operations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care and trauma treatment
- Participate in triage, treatment, and support for trauma and emergency cases in compliance with established protocols
- Utilize moderate sedation skills as required for patient care
- Adhere to regulatory and facility standards, including National Coverage Initiative (NCI) requirements
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Emergency Room experience
- Moderate Sedation Training completion
- Experience working in a trauma-designated facility or acute care emergency setting preferred
- Ability to apply independent judgment and supervisory discretion in fast-paced environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
