Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients using critical thinking and professional judgment
  • Supervise, direct, and support nursing staff at various levels to ensure efficient departmental operations

  • Participate in triage, treatment, and support for trauma and emergency cases in compliance with established protocols

Qualifications / Desired Experience

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Emergency Room experience
  • Moderate Sedation Training completion
  • Experience working in a trauma-designated facility or acute care emergency setting preferred
  • Ability to apply independent judgment and supervisory discretion in fast-paced environments
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
