As an ER nurse in this travel role, youll thrive in a setting that prioritizes collaboration, innovative care, and leadership development. You Will:
- Deliver coordinated patient care using the nursing process, adhering to established ER standards
- Supervise and direct other nursing staff, maintaining clear communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Apply exceptional critical thinking and independent judgment in dynamic situations
- Coordinate care for assigned patients, ensuring safety and quality at every stage
- Support education and onboarding for float pool nurses, guiding them as they adapt to unit protocols
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Previous ER nursing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to varied clinical environments
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
