Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients following the nursing process and established care standards.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient treatment.
• Exercise independent judgment and professional discretion in managing complex clinical situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and protocols.
• Support the education and development of Float Pool nurses, ensuring they clock in appropriately when working on units.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Emergency Room (ER) experience.
