Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic Emergency Room setting, delivering coordinated and compassionate care to patients while upholding established nursing standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients following the nursing process and established care standards.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient treatment.
- Exercise independent judgment and professional discretion in managing complex clinical situations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and protocols.
- Support the education and development of Float Pool nurses, ensuring they clock in appropriately when working on units.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Emergency Room (ER) experience.
