Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room following established care protocols and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff of various levels
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare disciplines to coordinate patient care
- Exercise critical thinking and professional discretion in clinical and supervisory duties
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper clock-in procedures for Float Pool nursing hours
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with Emergency Room experience
- Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with Float Pool nurse assignments and protocols
