Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with clear standing
- At least one year of recent ER nursing experience
- Proficiency with the nursing process and established standards of emergency care
- Competence in critical assessment, intervention, and response in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor assigned staff
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Flexibility to float to assigned departments per operational needs
