Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in a fast-paced ER environment
- Utilize critical thinking to prioritize patient needs and intervene effectively
- Record hours worked accurately, especially noting unit assignments as per department policy
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license to practice
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred
- Strong assessment and critical care skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
