Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in a fast-paced ER environment
  • Utilize critical thinking to prioritize patient needs and intervene effectively
  • Record hours worked accurately, especially noting unit assignments as per department policy

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license to practice
  • Experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred
  • Strong assessment and critical care skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
