An opportunity to apply skills in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma Center is now available for experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Emergency Room care. This contract position is located in Germantown, TN, within a Short Term Acute Care hospital setting known for its critical care excellence. Candidates with a minimum of two years of recent ER nursing experience are invited to contribute to this dynamic healthcare team. First-time ER nurses are not considered unless they possess at least three years of recent relevant experience. This night shift role involves three 12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend and on-call duties as needed.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse licensed and fully compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses)
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience; 3+ years for first-timers
• Level I trauma center experience required
• Comfort working in a large hospital environment preferred
• Valid drivers license is required with application
• Ability to work night shifts (three 12-hour shifts)
• Willingness to fulfill weekend and on-call responsibilities
• Must reside within or be willing to relocate within a 100-mile radius of Germantown, TN
