Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, triage, and rapid decision-making skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and standard ED protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with diverse patient populations and multi-disciplinary teams

Schedule:

• Contract position; scheduling details will be discussed upon interview

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and manage care for patients presenting with various acute and emergent conditions
• Initiate and monitor IV fluids, administer medications, and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and update records in compliance with facility policies
• Respond swiftly and effectively to code situations and rapidly changing patient conditions
• Participate in shift handoffs and cooperate with teams for optimal patient outcomes
