As a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, youll play an essential role in a 30-bed facility that values collaboration, adaptability, and patient-centered care. Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with Emergency Room experience required
- Comfort with task-based assignments; floating not required, but adaptability is valued
- Familiarity with Pyxis medication system and Cerner documentation system preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
- Schedule includes 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period; call not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Collaborate within a robust support team, including 24-hour hospitalist, pharmacy, and unit secretary coverage
- Utilize centralized medication and electronic documentation systems to ensure patient safety and compliance
- Coordinate with on-site phlebotomy and intensivitst teams as needed
