Key Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license (CA)
- Prior experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and triage skills
- Ability to guide and supervise multiple levels of nursing staff
- Proficiency in managing high-acuity, fast-paced situations
- Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary patient care
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to a diverse group of ER patients, following established protocols and evidence-based practice
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise and mentor assigned nursing staff
