Desired Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of ER nursing experience (required)
- Recent traveler experience highly preferred
- Active OK state RN license or compact RN license
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and NIH; TNCC preferred
- Up-to-date work history and skills checklist (within 1 year)
- Two supervisory reference forms from the last two years
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly assess patient needs and severity of medical issues upon emergency room admission
- Deliver high-quality, immediate, and evidence-based nursing care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Function as a first responder, providing critical support to minimize negative outcomes and sustain life as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prioritize patient safety at all times
