Schedule/Hours

• Shift: 7p7a
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Four weekend shifts every four weeks
• No on-call requirements

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Demonstrated resilience, teamwork, and adaptability
• Preferred: Trauma and pediatric experience

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care to trauma, cardiac, stroke, psych, GI, and other emergent cases
• Assess, triage, and treat patients of all ages with varying degrees of acuity
• Adeptly utilize Cerner EHR system
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain a compassionate and professional presence during high-pressure situations
