Schedule/Hours
- Shift: 7p7a
- Weekly Hours: 36, guaranteed
- 4 weekend shifts within 4 weeks
- No call requirements
Key Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years emergency nursing experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
- Trauma and pediatric emergency experience preferred
- Experience with Cerner EHR a plus
- Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable mindset
Primary Duties
- Deliver patient-focused care for a diverse population across trauma, cardiac, stroke, GI, psych, STEMI, and other ER presentations
- Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1 for pod, 2:1 for critical, and 6:1 for fast track
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient care in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately document and communicate using Cerner EHR
- Adhere to facility dress code guidelines (scrub color: any color or print)
