This travel assignment will place you in a busy Emergency Department where rapid assessment, decisive action, and compassionate care are at the heart of every shift. The department manages acute cases for patients of all ages, providing comprehensive triage, trauma care, and emergency treatment. As a Registered Nurse specializing in emergency care, youll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, adapting to varied protocols while working under a range of leadership styles, ultimately expanding your clinical skills and deepening your professional resilience.
Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to emergency and trauma patients of all ages
- Rapidly assess and triage incoming cases to prioritize care effectively
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and fellow nurses throughout the treatment process
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
- Educate patients and families on follow-up care as needed
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Minimum of one year of ER nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
