Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and compassionate nursing care for trauma and emergency patients across all age groups.
  • Triage incoming patients based on acuity and clinical need in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat acute illnesses or injuries.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives to improve patient outcomes and drive best practices in emergency care.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • At least one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to excel under pressure.
