Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour shifts, 7:00am 7:00pm
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- No call requirements
- Some weekends
Required Qualifications:
- Active Kentucky RN license or compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Recent experience in an ER setting
- Strong clinical skills in managing acute/trauma patients across all age groups
- Adaptability and dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Accurately assess, triage, and treat patients with a range of acute conditions
- Document care and interventions in Meditech EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, timely care
- Engage in ongoing communication with patients and families
