An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic emergency room setting. This full-time contract position offers 3 shifts of 12 hours each per week, with night and mid shifts available. The role requires availability for 3 weekends in each 4-week schedule, 1-2 on-call shifts, and holiday rotations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to formulate and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct timely and thorough patient history reviews and physical assessments.
- Analyze diagnostic and laboratory data, reporting abnormal results to physicians and relevant caregivers.
- Perform patient reassessments and adjust care plans as needed.
- Develop realistic, measurable goals for patient care and discharge planning, integrating multiple patient dimensions.
Desired Qualifications
- Current RN license with a minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
- Experience in emergency room nursing preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, on-call, and holidays per schedule requirements.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
