As an RN with Emergency Room experience, youll immerse yourself in high-acuity care and collaborate with seasoned professionals. This assignment will expose you to innovative clinical practices and varying leadership styles, fostering rapid growth, adaptability, and resiliencekey qualities that enhance any nursing career. Each shift brings new challenges and learning moments, providing the invaluable experience that will set your resume apart.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 3PM to 3AM
- Availability for variable days of the week
- Two 24-hour call shifts per 8-week period
- Every other weekend required
- Coverage during a minimum of two major and two minor holidays
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- PALS certification (within 180 days of hire)
- TNCC or ATCN (within 18 months of hire)
- Strong communication and technological skills
- Ability to deliver care in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with composure and professionalism
- Less than one year of direct patient care experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert emergency care using evidence-based practices
- Respond effectively to patient needs and critical situations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding outcomes
- Optimize use of technology in clinical decision-making and documentation
