This assignment is an excellent opportunity for Registered Nurses seeking to broaden their expertise in a fast-paced emergency department. Schedule:
- Night shift 3PM to 3AM
- Must be available to work various days of the week
- (2) 24-hour call shifts per 8-week period
- Weekends: minimum every other weekend
- Holidays: minimum 2 major, 2 minor
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
- BLS certification (or ARC-BLS, BLS-I)
- ACLS certification (or approved equivalents, including instructor or provisional status within required timeframes)
- PALS certification (or approved equivalents, including instructor or provisional status within required timeframes)
- TNCC or ATCN certification (provisional accepted within 18 months)
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience accepted
- Strong English communication skills, technology proficiency, and basic computer skills
- Excellent collaboration, customer service, and critical thinking skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, emergency environment with superior composure and time management
