Schedule/Hours:
- 1900-0700 (Night Shift)
- 36 hours per week
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years recent ER nursing experience (5+ years preferred)
- Experience in large facilities highly desirable
- Active KS or compact RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
- Orientation begins every Monday (credentials due Wednesday prior)
- Must be comfortable with occasional floating (though seldom required)
- On-call duty: 1 shift per week
- Availability for weekends and holidays as needed
- New graduates not accepted for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and care for patients with acute and urgent conditions
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams under dynamic conditions
- Maintain compliance with industry safety standards and hospital protocols
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to patient and staffing needs
