Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 36 hours per week
- One on-call shift per week
- Weekend and holiday shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (KS or compact)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of recent ER experience
- 5+ years and large facility experience preferred
- Ability to rarely float to other departments as needed
- New graduate RNs are not eligible
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert care to emergency room patients across all acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide timely, quality patient care
- Remain flexible for occasional on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage
