A dedicated registered nurse is needed to provide expert clinical care in an emergency room setting during night shifts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality and efficient patient-centered care tailored to the unique needs of emergency cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement direct patient care specific to emergency room protocols and patient age groups
• Maintain knowledge of current clinical practices, certifications, and patient rights
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members in a clear and compassionate manner
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, infection control policies, and emergency procedures
• Support unit goals consistent with organizational values and quality standards
• Manage physical demands of emergency nursing, including patient transfers and crisis response

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC/ATCN, and CPI or equivalent certifications highly preferred and required to be maintained
• Emergency nursing experience or relevant clinical background preferred
• Proven ability to work flexible hours and adapt to dynamic clinical environments

Schedule:

• Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
