An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in Emergency Room care to provide expert nursing support during night shifts. This role involves working in a dynamic emergency department with a 48-treatment space capacity, offering a fast-paced environment with a manageable patient load to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in the emergency department setting, managing a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for emergency cases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Respond promptly to emergencies and prioritize patients based on clinical need
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Support patient and family education during care transitions
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in Emergency Nursing, preferably in a busy ED environment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
