Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment (flexible, with various shifts available)

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin RN license (or compact multistate license)
• Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients presenting with a wide variety of emergency conditions
• Conduct rapid, accurate triage and prioritize patient care needs
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff for optimal outcomes
• Document patient information efficiently and accurately
• Support and educate patients and families throughout the care process
• Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory protocols
