Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license (unrestricted)
- At least one year of current Emergency Room experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and triage skills
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with ER standards and protocols
- Supervise and direct support staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care
- Actively participate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
- Demonstrate leadership in emergent, high-pressure situations using independent judgement
- Document and monitor patient progress, updating medical records with accuracy
