Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license, valid in California
- Minimum one year of recent ER nursing experience
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Adaptability and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for team-based care
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care for assigned patient groups in the emergency department
