In this Emergency Room setting, youll provide patient-centered nursing care, supervising and guiding other nursing staff while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment
- Flexibility required based on ER needs
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of recent ER or critical care experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications preferred)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and guide nursing team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care using clinical judgment and the nursing process
- Oversee, direct, and support assigned nursing staff members
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with established standards of care and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
