This travel nursing role is designed for experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Emergency Room care. Beyond delivering exceptional patient outcomes, youll supervise dedicated staff and coordinate care among various disciplines. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (travel nursing experience a plus)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (TNCC/PALS preferred)
- Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, compassionate nursing care for patients or assigned groups, following established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise, mentor, and direct nursing staff of varying experience levels
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care
- Utilize independent judgment and advanced clinical knowledge in high-pressure ER environments
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
