In this dynamic emergency department, youll provide triage, treatment, and support for trauma and emergency patients spanning all ages in a fast-paced, acute care setting. With a focus on direct patient care for both routine emergencies and trauma situations, this role will sharpen your clinical skills and broaden your expertise by exposing you to a wide variety of cases and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications:
Current, active RN license
Minimum one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong triage, critical thinking, and communication skills
Adaptability in acute, high-intensity settings
Compassion for patients of all ages and backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform rapid patient assessment, prioritize needs, and initiate appropriate interventions
Deliver evidence-based emergency nursing care in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary staff
Monitor, document, and communicate patients progress throughout their ER stay
Safeguard patient safety and ensure adherence to departmental protocols
Provide support and education to patients and family members
