Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients based on established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff within the Emergency Room setting
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment for rapid decision-making in high-pressure situations
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in patient safety
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible in California
- At least one year of recent ER nursing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of ER procedures, triage, and patient assessment
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Current certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS or TNCC as required)
