Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN licensure
- Demonstrated experience in an emergency room setting
- Strong understanding of the nursing process and standards of care
- Proven ability to supervise, direct, and support nursing staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Critical thinking skills and capacity for sound, independent judgment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized nursing care to patients following established protocols
- Direct, mentor, and supervise assigned nursing staff
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals for integrated care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation according to policy
- Respond quickly to emergency situations and prioritize patient safety
