Schedule:

• Approximately 36 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance
• Floating within the unit as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based RN experience with a strong focus on Emergency Room skillset
• Active nursing compact license valid at the time of application
• Current certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and CPI
• Proficient with common hospital technologies such as GE equipment and electronic documentation systems like Expanse
• Ability to perform advanced emergency procedures and operate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in an 18-bed Emergency Department with a patient-to-nurse ratio of approximately 5:1
• Collaborate with a tenured team focused on mentorship and professional growth
• Utilize critical assessment and intervention skills to manage urgent and emergent patient needs
• Support unit operations through flexible staffing and adherence to hospital policies and protocols
• Maintain compliance with certification requirements and enforce dress code standards (scrubs)
