Key Responsibilities:

- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness
- Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Georgia or compact state eligibility
- Recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and compassionate patient advocacy
