Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with flexible scheduling (details provided during interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized care in a fast-paced ER setting, while advocating for patients and families
- Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary teams of licensed and unlicensed care providers
- Uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and established nursing scopes of practice
- Sustain system policies and service excellence goals through effective communication and teamwork
- Participate in shared governance and help implement evidence-based practices with the support of nurse leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Georgia (or compact eligible)
- Previous Emergency Room nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environments
- Commitment to patient advocacy and continuous learning
