Schedule:

• Every other weekend rotation
• No on-call requirement
• Travelers work 75% of holidays
• Pre-approved time off: up to 6 days, excluding holidays (contract extension required if needed)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department RN experience (Resource Team requirement)
• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications; TNCC preferred
• Solid general ED skillset: cardiac rhythm interpretation, critical care drips, vent management, PIV starts, chest tubes, TNK/TPA administration, conscious sedation, ESI assessments
• Confident using Epic, Alaris, Omnicell, and Phillips monitors
• Must be comfortable floating between region facilities as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care for both pediatric and adult populations
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, RTs, and hospitalists to optimize patient outcomes
• Perform detailed patient assessments and documentation
• Manage critical interventions, including medication administration and advanced monitoring
• Engage actively with resource team to maintain exceptional standards of care
