Be a proactive member of an interdisciplinary emergency department, making a direct difference for patients and their families through compassionate, high-quality nursing care. Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of Georgia
• Proven experience in an emergency department setting
• Thorough familiarity with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Demonstrated understanding and implementation of ANA Nursing Scope & Standards, as well as Code of Ethics
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical decision-making abilities
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to service excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively within a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, individualized nursing care in the Emergency Department
• Serve as an advocate for patients, families, and their significant others
• Participate in the development and execution of evidence-based care plans
• Effectively triage, assess urgency, and implement appropriate clinical interventions
• Adhere to all hospital and nursing policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
• Support team initiatives, quality improvement goals, and shared governance processes
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold patient confidentiality at all times
