An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room care to provide essential support in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role involves delivering critical patient care in the emergency department, ensuring prompt and effective treatment for patients experiencing urgent medical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Monitor patient conditions and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and patients
- CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred
